Energy Metering
mySmart Energy has an array of metering options to suit all customer requirements.
An energy meter is a device that can measure the active power consumed in a single
phase network directly or three phase networks directly or indirectly using appropriate
current transformers. The meter output can be mechanical or digital.
Energy Monitoring & Reporting
mySmart Energy monitors your energy use by measuring the voltage and current of
the supply network and then compute all the electrical parameters such as active
power, reactive power, power factor, frequency and maximum demand. mySmart Energy
offers various reports in customer preferred format, alerts when utility demand
levels peak and provide automatic response to peak alerts, utilising billing parameters
as well as using historical evidence to assist with on-going building fine tuning.
Billing
Networking energy meters to a central system for example - SCADA, PLC, BMS, central
PC or central display, will result in establishing an accurate billing management
system within the building. Data can be analysed in raw form (tables, graph) or
in professional form such as billing reports for sub tenant billing as well as cost
centre allocation.
